Pokemon Fan Creates LEGO Versions of Dwebble and Crustle

One Pokemon fan has taken their love of Dwebble and Crustle to the next level by creating LEGO versions of the pocket monsters. Using an impressively small number of LEGO pieces, the builder managed to make convincing designs for the Pokemon. In fact, these new versions of the creatures have caught the attention of the online community, gaining praise from franchise fans.

While it might be hard to believe, The Pokemon Company has only recently entered an agreement to allow for production of official LEGO products for fans to collect. Thanks to this partnership, sets including Eevee, Pikachu, and more have been released at the beginning of 2026. However, the Pokemon community has been sharing their own custom creations featuring creatures from the franchise for decades. With more than a thousand Pokemon featured over the nine generations of games so far, these LEGO builds have come in all sorts of shapes and sizes.

LEGO releases new official build instructions, giving fans a second chance at owning a fan-favorite limited-time Pokemon set.

LEGO Versions of Dwebble and Crustle Gain Fan Appreciation

Now, one LEGO enthusiast known as Infopl on Reddit has taken their love for bricks and used it to create impressive Pokemon-themed designs. Specifically, they chose to create LEGO versions of Dwebble and Crustle, two Bug/Rock Pokemon introduced in Gen 5. In the games, these Pokemon are portrayed as types of crustaceans, with Crustle being an evolution of Dwebble and inhabiting a larger rock-like shell. Impressively, Infopl managed to replicate their crab-like appearances using a small number of LEGO bricks. The LEGO versions copied everything from their black protruding eyes to their recognizable shells. When posting to Reddit, they shared several views of the designs, giving a good idea of the pieces used in the project.

These new LEGO designs have been popular on the Pokemon subreddit, with the post gaining hundreds of upvotes and several positive comments. Unfortunately, Infopl did not share instructions for the Dwebble and Crustle recreations. However, for those wanting to create their own LEGO versions of the Pokemon, the pictures in the Reddit post give a decent idea as to the pieces used. Given their small size, they would likely be rather inexpensive to build.

LEGO Dwebble and Crustle continue the trend of Pokemon fans recreating their favorite pocket monsters in brick form. Given the vast number of creatures in the franchise, it could take years for many fan-favorite Pokemon to get official sets. Fortunately, the original fan creations can help fill in the gaps for those wanting to see more LEGO builds based on the popular franchise. For example, another talented builder recently made a LEGO Magnemite that matched the scale of the recently released Eevee set.

While it is nice to see Pokemon finally receive LEGO sets, many of the fan creations shared online look just as good as these official products. Time will tell what other sets LEGO releases based on the many pocket monsters in the franchise and what original creations fans will come up with next.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
