To use Oracle Stone in NTE, you must find the Witch’s House and hand the item to her. The Witch’s House is located in the first area of NTE, which is the Bridge Crossings. Find the purple crystal ball icon on the map, southwest of Hankaku Street, then enter the whimsical house in the middle of the grassy area. Speak with the witch inside and choose Oracle to begin submitting your Oracle Stones.

The Witch’s House Location In NTE
The Witch’s House in NTE is signified by a purple crystal. It’s located southwest of Eibon and Hankaku Street, west of Good Joe’s Vintage Shop. It’s not by the road like most buildings, so you must enter the grassy area to find it. The first time you come there, you may see Nanally, Sakiri, and Edgar whispering about the Witch’s House.
Inside the Witch’s House is Blackbird. Which, from the main quest, I assume is some sort of Anomaly Hunter, and not like a storybook kind of witch.
When speaking to Blackbird, you can choose between Oracle and Fortune Reading. Oracle is to submit Oracle Stones, while Fortune Reading comes with three things:
- Lost Tales: Mark a small mission where you must listen to an NPC to understand the task, if any.
- Bless: Get a buff for the rest of the day.
- Treasure Hunt: Mark one treasure location. In my experience, it would mark an Oracle Stone location.
You can choose all three once per day.
How To Use Oracle Stone In NTE
After collecting Oracle Stones in NTE, you can use them by visiting the Witch’s House and choosing the Oracle option. You will get various items for leveling up with Blackbird. The number of Oracle Stones will increase for each level up, but considering the nice rewards, it’s highly recommended to collect the Oracle Stones you see while exploring.
Each level comes with these rewards:
- 50 Annulith
- 200 Hunter Level EXP
- 1 VitalMax Energy Bar (except on level 3, up until level 9)
- 10 Anomaly Material Selection Box I
- 30k Beetle Coins or 30k Fons
VitalMax Energy Bar permanently increases your Stamina, so you shouldn’t miss out on it. On level 3, you get Oracle Crystal instead of the VitalMax Energy Bar, which you can use to reveal Oracle Stones within a certain range.
If you’ve been enjoying NTE, you’d be pleased to know that there are a ton of freebies in the game. For example, you can get more than 10 free S-Class Arc, a notable number of resources from NTE codes, a lot of Fons from random safes, and even a free S-Class Esper called Chiz.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
